Scouting Report
Brings a nice mix of run-producing skills and bat control to the plate. Makes good contact, in general. Doesn't strike out a lot. A good athlete, he runs well for a first baseman. Profiles as more of a doubles hitter than a major home-run guy, which is a bit of an issue as a corner infielder. Also, he has always lacked consistency in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Veteran first baseman.
