Strop was returned to the Cubs' alternate training site Saturday, Tony Andracki of Marquee Sports Network reports.
Scouting Report
Displays the ability to make batters swing and miss with regularity, including at the big-league level. Throws strikes with some consistency. Could stand to add even more bulk to his frame for optimum stamina in order to become a true workhorse reliever in the big leagues.
Long Range Potential: Solid reliever.
