Scouting Report
A good athlete for a catcher, he had a very live bat. Also showed solid mobility behind the plate. His home-run prowess was good for a backstop. Could hit left-handers fairly well. Made a lot of mental mistakes behind the dish. Did not anticipate the stolen base well enough (and was run on too easily), and his game-calling skills were only average.
Long Range Potential: Solid catcher.
