Scouting Report
Durable and dependable, he was a battler and innings muncher. Got ahead in the count and challenged batters repeatedly with his sinking fastball. Was always around the plate, so he didn't give up many walks. For a big guy (6-6, 210 pounds), he didn't overpower anyone. Despite his solid command, he also surrendered way too many hits in general (and a few too many homers, specifically). Wasn't crafty enough with his stuff.
Long Range Potential: Decent starter.
