RANGERS GET ROSLOVIC

The New York Rangers acquired forward Jack Roslovic from the Columbus Blue Jackets for a conditional fourth-round draft pick in 2024.

What does it give the New York Rangers
This is a pretty good move for the Rangers because right wing has been their biggest weakness for some time now. Roslovic will likely play right wing on a line with Chris Kreider and Mika Zibanejad. He brings offensive ability to a team with Stanley Cup aspirations.

What does it give the Columbus Blue Jackets
The Blue Jackets have some depth in scoring wingers, which is where Roslovic has spent the 2023-24 campaign (he can also play center). Recent addition Alex Nylander can effectively replace Roslovic, so Columbus took a conditional fourth-rounder in the deal.

Fantasy impact
Pick Roslovic up if available because he is a decent bet to play as a top-six winger in New York. Take a chance on him.
