KEION WHITE SENT TO SAN FRANCISCO

The San Francisco 49ers acquired defensive end/linebacker Keion White and a seventh-round draft pick in 2026 from the New England Patriots for a sixth-round draft pick in 2026.

What does it give the San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers are still seeking help off the edge, especially after losing star pass rusher Nick Bosa to a season-ending injury. White might help in that area but he is likely a situational pass rusher, at best.

What does it give the New England Patriots
The Patriots kept White inactive in Week 8, which was probably to protect their asset for a pending trade. White did not look great in New England's new defensive scheme this season, so this deal is no big surprise.

Fantasy impact
While White has the ability to rush the passer, he is not expected to make much of a fantasy impact with the 49ers.
