The Kansas City Chiefs acquired defensive tackle Derrick Nnadi and a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2027 from the New York Jets for a conditional sixth-round draft pick in 2027.

What does it give the Kansas City Chiefs
Nnadi is going back to Kansas City; Kansas City here he comes! The veteran defensive tackle is a better scheme fit with the Chiefs, so it makes sense to bring him back at this time.

What does it give the New York Jets
The Jets made some upgrades to the interior of the D-line earlier in the week, which made Nnadi expendable. New York will not receive much, aside from a small draft pick upgrade.
