JETS PICK UP HARRISON PHILLIPS

The New York Jets acquired defensive tackle/nose tackle Harrison Phillips and a seventh-round draft pick in 2027 from the Minnesota Vikings for a sixth-round draft pick in 2026 and a sixth-round draft pick in 2027.

What does it give the New York Jets
The Jets continue to seek solutions to the interior of their defensive line. Veteran Phillips should help and will likely start opposite Quinnen Williams this season.

What does it give the Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings received an extra draft pick and a draft upgrade for Phillips, so it makes sense that they parted ways with him. That said, he was a starter and will need to be replaced.
