EAGLES ADD EDGE RUSHER QUINN
The Philadelphia Eagles acquired defensive end/linebacker Robert Quinn from the Chicago Bears for a fourth-round draft pick in 2023.
What does it give the Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia already boasts plenty of pass-rushing savvy with Haason Reddick, Brandon Graham and Josh Sweat on the roster. So, Quinn will likely be a situational pass rusher and rotational defensive end or outside linebacker for the contending Eagles.
What does it give the Chicago Bears
The Bears were able to get back a fourth-round draft pick in exchange for veteran Quinn. That is good business for a Chicago franchise that is not a serious playoff contender this season. Adding more draft capital is a good move by the Bears.
Fantasy impact
Quinn may not play as many snaps in Philadelphia as was the case in Chicago, but he should continue to be a decent source of sacks in 2022. Pick him up in deep IDP leagues.
