A star offensive tackle at the FCS level, he is more of a guard in the NFL (though the ability to handle himself at either position is a bonus). He has the frame and upper-body strength to play inside, but has lots of room for improvement in terms of technique. He lacks explosiveness and tends to be a mauler in run blocking. Improved hand usage and pad level are musts for him to succeed.
