OLADIPO TO THE HEAT!
The Miami Heat acquired guard Victor Oladipo from the Houston Rockets for guard Avery Bradley, forward/center Kelly Olynyk and the right to swap first-round picks in 2022.
What does it give the Miami Heat
Obviously, Oladipo is a tremendous talent. However, injuries have really hurt his progress (and that of his team) recently. Hopefully, he will prove to be a nice fit with Miami.
What does it give the Houston Rockets
The Rockets are in clear rebuilding mode now, with Oladipo being the latest player shipped out. His time in Houston was brief. The key here for the Rockets is the pick swap.
Fantasy impact
It is risky business to take Oladipo in fantasy leagues right now, due to his injury history. Bradley has very little value, while Olynyk may be a decent option as a bench player in very deep leagues.
