Lee is a serviceable right-handed reliever who stands a chance to become a regular out of the Blue Jays' bullpen this season. The 27-year-old Lee debuted in MLB last season.
What does it give the Detroit Tigers
The Tigers decided to deal Lee in exchange for a fellow reliever in Simon. Simon, a left-hander reached Double-A ball in 2025, so he will likely require more minor-league seasoning.

There is no fantasy impact here. Lee and Simon might eventually become sources of holds (at least), but that is unlikely to occur in 2026.
